Before he was appointed a director in FIGGET,  Merenini was the CEO, Bepat Merenini Industries and Contractor Company.

He was also Head of Operations and has a cognate experience that spans over 30 years in Marine Engineering with a specific focus on dredging and other site operations. Benjamin holds a Higher National Diploma in Marine Industrial Engineering.
