Kelechi is a graduate of Fine and Industrial Art from the University of Uyo, Akwa Ibom State. His experiences spans over three decades in the field of brands, design, and multimedia. In this field, he has achieved lofty strides with outstanding projects to his credit. First, in advertising, where he started as a senior executive and visualizer at Prex Advertising, Lagos. Then as a Marketing Coordinator and Curator in FUNHUMAW Gallery, also in Lagos.

In 2004, he joined BusinessDay Newspaper, Limited, as a Chief Designer. Here, he made some landmark impact as the first re-designing that made a strong visible brand impact is credited to him. He later joined the Daily Times Newspaper Ltd in 2007 as the Design Editor, where he generated and executed the design of the Business Times title. Two years later, he joined the Independent News Limited (INL) publishers of  Daily Independent, Saturday Independent and Sunday Independent Newspapers respectively. There, he held the position of Group Art Editor. His impact was quite laudable as he championed the visual brand repositioning of the company.

2011 ushered him into yet another frontier in the newspaper industry. This time, championed by a veteran journalist, Stanley Egbochukwu, and three other top-notch and thorough-bred media professionals. He joined in the establishment of one of the most formidable real sector media platforms, MANUFACTURING TODAY.

He resigned in 2014 from the position of Design Editor and went into private practice. He is currently working as a Brands and Multimedia consultant to many companies. They include: OUTCOMES, Wilson and Weizmann, Directorate for Social Communications, Catholic Archdiocese of Lagos; Business Journal newspapers and magazines; Money Report Plus Magazine, The Orient News Titles, Cherry Africa Magazine, Hello Consumer Magazine, Centre for Petroleum Information(CPI) and The Niche newspaper etc. He is also into the design and print production of product brand packages for many companies both within and outside the shores of the country, through the establishment of OLIKVICH Multimedia

Kelechi is married to Stella and is blessed with four children.
