Ernest hails from Ndokwa East local government area, Delta state. He obtained a Higher National Diploma (HND) in Civil Engineering at the Federal Polytechnic Oko, Anambra state. Added to this is a certificate in Health Safety and Environment (HSE) level 3 from the Nigeria Institute of Safety Professionals, Ogunu Warri, Delta State.

 
Projects executed:
(1) Construction of underpass project at Sterling Energy Exploration Company Ltd,(SEEPCO), where he served as a site engineer with Akodoc Technology Nigeria Ltd.

(2) Construction of the industrial building layout flow station and jetty yard both in Delta state.

 
(3) Saipan contracting where he also functioned as a safety personnel at IPP project, presently in OFIHEN CORPORATE LINK, as a senior site engineer supervisor.
Anene is married with four children.
